Hunter was awesome! He explained everything throughly! He took time not only to explain what was wrong with the unit but also showed me where the problems were. Since the unit is an OLD unit, he also informed me of what can be done on the unit and what is no longer possible due to the parts being unavailable. I highly recommend Hunter!

Technician was extremely informative about the issues with our AC system. Laid out a plan to resolve them then handled the repairs with a high degree of precision. We have been fortunate so far in that Smiths has been quick to respond and resolve any issues that have occurred with our system.
